It is the required Managed Hosting & Care subscription for the eligible one-page Starter Site — not a website-building payment. It covers managed hosting, SSL and ongoing technical care. The eligible one-page Starter Site design/build is $0.

What is included in the Free Starter Site?

The Free Starter Site is one professionally built page with up to 7 sections, mobile-responsive design and basic SEO setup. The design/build is $0. The required Managed Hosting & Care subscription is $19.99/month.

What if I already own a domain?

Keep it. Tell us the domain in the application. We will provide the connection steps needed to point it to the WebCraftWorks website. There is no WebCraftWorks domain-registration charge when you keep your existing domain.

Can my website accept payments?

Yes. Select online payments in the application. The preferred setup is for customer payments to go directly into your own merchant/payment account.

What if I have 100 or 1,000 products?

Online stores are handled as custom e-commerce projects. Select Custom Website / Online Store in the application and tell us about the catalog, checkout, shipping, inventory and integrations you need. We will quote the project and recurring hosting separately.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. A Starter Site can grow into a larger custom website, booking system, custom online store, AI chatbot, SEO campaign or other business system as needed.

How much is a new domain?

A standard new domain registered and managed through WebCraftWorks is $25/year, billed annually. Premium, aftermarket or unusually priced domains are quoted before purchase.

Is Hosting & Care recurring?

Yes. The Free Starter Site Program requires an active recurring monthly Managed Hosting & Care subscription. This recurring service keeps the website hosted, secured with SSL and technically maintained.

What if I need more than one page or custom functionality?
